Project eat @ Ad Hoc FAILED. We were running a bit late for dinner so there was no choice but to cancel our Ad Hoc reservation and move to Bouchon down the street. It has been my goal to complete the Thomas Keller triad in Napa - French Laundry, Bouchon (where I celebrated by 20-something birthday years ago) and Ad Hoc. Oh well, Ad Hoc will wait for me.

After munching on some truffle french fries, my entree finally arrived surprisingly in a big silver platter.

Duck breast- medium rare. A litl bit tough for my taste since I like duck flaky and soft. The fatty skin was oh so good though.
